Light curtain door protection, real-time operational monitoring, an integrated emergency alarm and communication system, battery powered emergency lowering, smooth start and stop travel, and a manual lowering crank with pit safety devices are all built in as standard. The Antera meets ASME A17.1 residential elevator code. And because Access Elevator is a New York State Registered Contractor with CET and CAT certified technicians, every installation includes permitting and inspection management across both New York and Pennsylvania jurisdictions.
